Taking a breather at Marlborough College Summer School - August 3rd 2018

The band are now taking a short break after performing two very successful concerts at Marlborough College for their Summer School.

We need to recharge our batteries ready for a very busy September starting on Saturday 1st at the Oare and District Show.

This followed by Burbage Beer Festival, Avebury Day, Pewsey Carnival and an Oktoberfest event in Devizes - that should be enough for one month!

Farewell to Dave

Posted on May 4, 2018

After nearly 10 years with the band trumpet player and occasional percussionist Dave Field has left the band due to a relocation to a different part of the country.

Dave will be sadly missed as a committed and enthusiastic member of the band and friend to everyone.

We all wish him the very best for the future.

We rounded off his last rehearsal with a meal and a few drinks down the pub.
